 Bob Joe, O.D., F.A.A.O. has been in private practice in Austin, TX since 1976. The practice has been founded on primary eye care with specialties in ocular disease as well as contact lenses. He has participated in investigational panels on several contact lenses and has built his reputation on his expertise in complex cases. His lens selection includes all types of soft, gas permeable rigid, and hybrid materials. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Optometry and a member of the American Optometric Association's Contact Lens Section. He is also certified as a Glaucoma Specialist by the Texas Optometry Board.
 Neng Chhean, O.D., earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from the New England College of Optometry after graduating from California State University, Long Beach with a Bachelor's degree in chemistry and biochemistry. She then completed a series of clinical externships throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island, including the Veteran's Affair Hospital and United States Naval Academy. She is certified as a Glaucoma Specialist by the Texas Optometry Board.
She has been with Bob Joe, O.D. & Associates since 2006.
Dr. Chhean speaks fluent Cambodian and conversational Spanish.
